We use your information to respond to you, support your active claim, send the messages you asked for, and improve our services. If you opt in, we may contact you by text message, phone call (live or automated), email, and client portal chat.
Your opt-ins belong to you, and we do not sell them
First-party use only. The phone numbers and permissions (opt-ins) you give us are used only by Scale Pros, LLC. We do not sell, rent, or share them with any third party for their own marketing.
No resale of mobile opt-ins. Your mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with or sold to outside companies for their use.
Service providers only. The only sharing is with trusted providers that help us deliver our own messages (for example, our texting and calling platform). They act on our behalf, may use the information only to provide that service to us, and cannot reuse it for their own purposes.
