This may include phone calls (live calls and calls that use an automated system, artificial intelligence, or an artificial or prerecorded voice), email, and client portal chat. You can opt out of any channel at any time. Text messages have their own rules, described below.

SMS / Text Message Terms

These terms apply to our text message (SMS) program.

  1. Company. This text message program is offered by Scale Pros, LLC.
  2. Program description. We send case update text messages to signed clients who opt in, such as status updates on an active claim, document requests, appointment reminders, and settlement updates.
  3. Message and data rates may apply.
  4. Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
  5. Customer support. Questions? Call us at 914 830 2955 or email robby@scalepros.com.
  6. How to opt out and get help. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help. After you reply STOP, we will send one message to confirm and then stop texting that number.
  7. Privacy. See our Privacy Policy to learn how we collect, use, and protect your information.
  8. Delivery. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Your consent is your choice

Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving services. You may work with Scale Pros without opting in to texts.

Acceptable use

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in any unauthorized way.
